MINNEAPOLIS, February 22, 2007 –Capella University (, an accredited, fully online university, will celebrate its 12th commencement ceremony in
San Francisco on Saturday, Feb. 24, 2007. The event is being held at the
Nob Hill Masonic
Center, and will feature Mara Liasson, the national political correspondent for National Public Radio (NPR), as the keynote speaker. More than 1,400 bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD degree candidates have been certified to graduate and are eligible to attend the ceremony.

Capella’s commencement ceremonies are held twice a year. The next ceremony will be held in
Minneapolis on Aug. 11, 2007.
